Framing
CSCI provides efficient and comprehensive framing services, using high-quality lumber and components procured from trusted, long-time sources. Our carpenters are seasoned veterans with deep experience in erecting floor and roof trusses, building load-bearing and interior partition walls, and installing roof sheathing, bracing, railing, decks, trim work, and more.
Concrete
Known for our expertise and versatility in concrete construction, CSCI covers all form and pour residential applications, including underground foundations, grade and tie beams, elevated and on-grade slabs, sidewalks, and stairs, as well as Hambro, precast, and hollow core floor systems.
